Cut for casting spoilers. Do I need to keep doing this? Is there anyone on my flist who's fussed about Night Vale spoilers? I know I've got a reader who's hypersensitive to Sherlock spoilers (and I've stopped watching Elementary to the relief of everyone involved, so I can't pass on spoilers from that.)
Anyway.

A caller has just identified as Steve Carlsburg. Cecil is about to start shouting and stomping on the stage.
The take when Hiram McDaniels and the Faceless Old Woman Who Lives in Your Home insist that these two men, Cecil and Kevin, look alike:
