Best Haunted Ride Suggestion Ever!

fandance was telling us about the Haunted Woods she went through with her family. It sounded really incredible and detailed, all the stuff they came up with at the assorted stations, but she came up with the best idea ever - "Wouldn't it be really scary if when the people with the knives or chainsaws came running at us, the guide yelled 'THEY DON'T WORK HERE! RUN!'?"

This is turning into a story, yes it is. Just too tempting. "Officer, when the guy in the mask came up with the chainsaw we were kinda laughing, I mean, everyone knows that they're not allowed to touch us or anything, and then... and then Tim... oh, God..."

Worked out the bills and was all ready to post "...and I bought my ticket to ChicagoTARDIS!"

And then I went upstairs to check something, and heard the air conditioning unit making a grinding noise it is not supposed to make. So tomorrow I call the A/C guy to see if he still makes offseason house calls (I hope so. It hit 80 degrees yesterday.)

If I get to ChiTARDIS at all, it's going to be because I started driving on Thursday instead of eating myself into a coma and start driving back halfway through Saturday. This concept is not entirely out of the running. Deciding not to go is one thing; feeling that it's being taken from me makes me stubborn.
