Cutting Back

neadodsIt takes me up to an hour to read my friends list from overnight - longer if I've been offline for a full day. This was fine when I was between deadlines, but not so fine when I'll be working hard and have limited time to surf for the sake of surfing.
So nothing personal, but I'm pruning the f-list. It doesn't mean I'm mad at anyone or have a secret agenda, it just means that I'm trying to get things down to a manageable level of readability until I know where I stand in the new position. After a couple of weeks I'll know if I can add names back or have to cut back further.
