For the wordies: The Phrontistery collection of lost words (Why, yes, I am still thinking of changing my LJ name. I keep looking for my aptronym.)

For the knitters: Cloche du Bois knitted hat I don't know why the pattern maker has you knit a certain number of rows flat and then join and then sew up that little slit, but other than that, it looks easy and (for those of us who look good in cloches) flattering.

I love words, however words that are almost entirely unfamiliar hurt my poor dyslexic brain. However provided I don't try and force it to pronounce them I've just read through at least half of the words on that list and have been utterly engrossed.
